General information on profile connectors:
There are, basically, multiple ways to connect profiles. The principles used most commonly nowadays, comprise a processing of the profiles. Usually, profiles are treated with a bore or a thread is applied. Since it’s common to circumvent a processing, one searched for profile connectors which are able to connect two profiles without additional processing. Hence, not only the processing is dispensable, but also the effort for the sketching of the profiles.

The profiles can be sewed according to a cutting list, following an immediate connection of the profiles. It is a further requirement that, during the connecting process, no relative movement causes a shift of the profiles and thus changes the position. Only in doing so it is possible to build stillages as accurately as possible without having to re-adjust them afterwards.
